5 star language school in Ostuni. Stani is best italian teacher I ever had. I had two hours / 10 days conversation classes with him. I leared a lot and enjoyed my stay. He is very professional and also very much fun to spend time with. I learned a lot about the local food culture and pugliese habits. He took me to see how to make mozzarella! You can also order an italian cooking school with him and his friends. Real nonna-experience! He knows local culture and can help you with everything you need. I’ll be back!!!

Mein Mann und ich haben bei Stani jeweils Einzelunterricht gehabt. Es war eine ganz neue Erfahrung an einer kleinen Sprachschule individuellen Einzelunterricht zu genießen. Stani hat uns auf unserem jeweiligen Niveau unterrichtet. Wir hatten die Gelegenheit sehr viel zu sprechen. Besonders interessant war es für uns so viel über Apulien und dessen Kulturerbe von Stani zu erfahren. Danke Stani für eine intensive italienisch Woche mit dir. Wir haben die Zeit mit dir sehr genossen und empfehlen dich sehr gerne weiter.

Simply brilliant. Stani is an outstanding Italian teacher - methodical, engaging, patient and funny. We are both linguists and have both taught languages so we know what a good tutor looks like: and Stani is an excellent teacher. We are planning another visit. Highly recommended!

Both myself and Mikey, my partner had the privilege of receiving 10 days of intensive language lessons from Stani. Stani is an excellent teacher, has great patience, and welcomes many questions no matter how silly they may sound. Stani has a great command of spoken English as well as French, Portuguese and of course, Italian. He has great taste in music, movies, football and a love of history so we had lots to chat about. After our 10 days we finished our classes having a far more understanding of how to pronounce words in Italian, the tenses and feel far more confident with speaking basic Italian so we both have a good foundation that allows us to get by in Italian. We still use Google Translate for more complicated words but will certainly build on the knowledge we gained for our classes with Stani. Loved his biscuits and coffee too!!

Sonntag 2.6.2024: Stani holte mich pünktlich vom Bahnhof ab und brachte mich zum Hotel Monte Sarago(sehr empfehlenswert). Täglich spazierte ich von dort, in weniger als 15 Min. den Corso Giuseppe Mazzini entlang zur Sprachschule. Ich besuchte einen corso intensivo di lingua e cultura italiana. Von 9Uhr bis 13 Uhr hatte ich Unterricht. Zwei Stunden davon Einzelunterricht und die restlichen zwei mit einem sehr sympathischen Ehepaar aus Deutschland. Zwei Mal unternahmen wir eine Exkursion, einmal nach Polignano a Mare und das andere Mal nach Martina Franca, was ein richtiges Erlebnis war. Der Unterricht war lebhaft und sehr lehrreich, Stani hat eine wunderschöne Handschrift und liebt Farben, so habe ich viele mehrfarbige Merkzettel, ein tolles Nachschlagewerk. Stani verwöhnte uns auch täglich mit selbst gekochtem Espresso und Monachelle. Diese Sprachwoche war etwas Besonderes!

I have just completed a week of Italian language and culture lessons ( 2 hrs a day) with Stani and 3 other students at Casa Di Puglia and cannot recommend more highly. From my first contact with Stani over a year ago when I began planning my trip to Italy, I have received such great care and advice on all aspects of my stay. He is a fantastic language teacher, makes the lessons fun and shares so much more than vocabulary and grammar. If you would like to immerse yourself in the culture and live the life of an Italian in the beautiful small città of Ostuni do not hesitate to contact Stani. You will not be disappointed!

Taking an Italian class with Casa di Puglia, was hands down one of the best learning experiences of my life. I arrived at the train station in Ostuni and was greeted with a huge smile by the teacher, Stani, holding a sign, “Casa Puglia.” I studied with Stani for two weeks, four hours a day. Within such a short time of meeting him, I felt like I had known him forever, he did such a great job at making me feel at home, and encouraging me to get to know Ostuni. He is a fantastic teacher, professional and charismatic. He made learning Italian fun and he was so passionate about what we did. From learning new vocabulary to pronunciation to teaching me how to make expresso with a Bialetti. Every day I parted from the lesson with a handful of Monachelle, left over from our afternoon break. Of course, I bought a Bialetti, and every time I use it, it brings back such fond memories of my time at Casa Puglia. Every day I looked forward to going to school and learning more about the language and the culture. He made this learning experience feel like we were long-time friends who spent time together learning about Italian culture. He was knowledgeable and caring and I appreciated his patience and sense of humor. The hotel that he recommended, Hotel La Terra, was wonderful—the staff were warm, and caring and they really went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was sad to leave but my heart felt full as I departed. This was truly an amazing experience that I will never forget, I recommend Casa di Puglia to anyone who has ever dreamed of studying Italian abroad. Thanks a bunch Stani!
